At a major online learning platform in Greece, I managed the end-to-end post-production for two parallel video streams: a high-volume B2C pipeline delivering over 200 educational videos per month, and a high-stakes B2B pipeline creating key promotional assets for major corporate clients. The core challenge was to ensure uncompromising quality and brand consistency across both. I successfully met this demand by architecting a scalable workflow, creating reusable motion graphics templates, and streamlining the review cycle to drive efficiency and meet a demanding, dual-focused content schedule.

My Process
My role encompassed the entire end-to-end production lifecycle, requiring a hybrid approach of hands-on creative execution and strategic workflow architecture.
For the high-volume B2C pipeline, I managed the complete production chain, from initial screen recording to final delivery. This involved hands-on editing in DaVinci Resolve, creating motion graphics in After Effects, generating AI voiceovers with tools like HeyGen, and adding subtitles.
Concurrently, for the high-impact B2B and flagship course projects, I collaborated closely with the marketing team to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives. This required significant animation and technical skill to produce polished assets for major corporate clients. To manage this complex, parallel workflow and ensure absolute clarity for the 5-person team, I independently architected and built a custom project management system in Notion. This system became the central hub for tracking all 150+ monthly assets, seamlessly integrating both the high-volume and high-stakes production lines.

The systems I implemented had a distinct and measurable impact on both the high-stakes B2B projects and the high-volume B2C content pipeline.
For the B2B initiatives, the promotional videos we produced were instrumental in the company's sales strategy, successfully helping to secure new corporate clients. The motion graphics project for the flagship course became a key marketing asset, contributing to a successful launch and strengthening the brand's visual identity.
The impact on the high-volume B2C pipeline was immediate and dramatic. The new workflow led to over a 40% reduction in average video turnaround time. Most significantly, by standardizing templates and streamlining the feedback loop, we reduced the average number of revision rounds from 3-4 per video down to a single, final review. This optimization virtually eliminated production friction and freed up hundreds of creative hours across the team each month.
