Role : Social Media Manager , Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Automax, a car and scooter rental agency based in Corfu, had a strong local reputation but a minimal digital footprint. Their primary challenge was to effectively reach the thousands of international and domestic tourists who plan their trips and make bookings online. The goal was to transform their social media presence from a passive page into an active, high-performance client acquisition engine that could directly compete for this valuable online market.

My Process
My approach was to build a comprehensive content strategy from the ground up, designed to capture attention, build trust, and drive direct bookings.
Strategy & Content Pillars: I began by developing a multi-pillar content strategy focused on showcasing the core value propositions: the quality of the vehicle fleet, the beauty of Corfu as a destination, customer testimonials, and exclusive special offers. This provided a structured and consistent framework for all content.
End-to-End Content Production: I managed the entire creative workflow, personally handling the end-to-end production of all video and graphic assets. This included filming and editing dynamic video showcases of their cars and scooters, and designing a cohesive set of visually appealing graphics for Instagram and Facebook.
Channel Management & Community Engagement: Beyond content creation, I managed their social media channels, implementing a consistent posting schedule and actively engaging with the online community to answer questions and build relationships with potential customers.

Outcome
The implementation of this data-driven content strategy yielded immediate and significant results. By establishing a professional, engaging, and trustworthy online presence, we were able to directly attribute the acquisition of over 50 new clients within the first three months of our collaboration. We successfully transformed the Automax social media channels from a simple gallery into a primary, measurable source of new business for the company.
